African Paper Bead Jewellery

Today I made my first driving attempt of Hermiston Gate, and now I'm not sure why I was so afraid of driving it. Now that I know what lanes I'm supposed to be in for where I want to go, there should be no stopping me in going for all over Scotland jollies now! Still not keen on huge amounts if traffic but who is really?

The purpose of the journey north was to go visit my parents, especially to check in on my dad who was in hospital last week. I'm pleased to report that he is doing well and following the doctors orders.

While there, my mum found the African Paper Jewellery that she had bought as part of my Christmas stocking. One of the teachers who works at the school where my mum works has a Ugandan link with a school there and sells jewellery here in their behalf and managed to raise just under £700 for the school & villages charities.

I'm not sure why my mum still "hides" our Christmas presents which she buys throughout the year as none of my siblings still live at home...
