Snow shoveller..

to the rescue!!

It proved to be the best tool for gathering up the pool of mud that has deposited itself outside our house.. being light to lift and sightly curved meant that it held a certain amount of water and mud in order for us to scoop up a great deal of the mess.. 8 full barrow loads and we can just about make out that this was all on top of gravel... It was strangely satisfying getting it a bit clearer.. at least now we might be able to get out of the car without stepping in 4 inches of mud!

Just hoping the wind and sun will dry it up some more now.
