On the way up!

It was a beautiful day in Edinburgh. Went in to the city centre today to give blood. On the way - taking my camera is becoming a habit - I was looking out for something a little different and playing with a new lens I was given at Christmas. Near my destination I saw the scaffolding and the crane, and it reminded me that things are looking a bit brighter with more building and renovation work progressing. I liked the blue sky, the vertical lines and the splash of colour.
