Didn't get to post this last night because the site was playing up........so just pretend I did.

Back to work today after the Christmas break....3 lessons...no problems...everything hunky dory....and then two clear hours to deal with paperwork, emails etc.

I need to learn a new management phrase......."No, sod off!" I had 8 interruptions in the two hours..............got very little done.

Came home exhausted and in pain from my elbow.......had to drag myself out to the quiz....only did it because if I hadn't the team would have been a man down....had an absolute nightmare...only got one of my individual questions right....talked the team out of several right answers...couldn't remember the Periodic Table...found it hard to concentrate

Back home and felt decidedly iffy...hot and sweaty...went to bed....woke up at least five times during the night....I think the longest spell of sleep I had was 1 hour 5 minutes.
