we are getting through all the left over Christmas goodies............why do we only buy these things at Christmas?

After last nights lack of sleep woke up for the last time at 6.10.

Felt like crap...knackered....hot...nauseous.....fell asleep over the breakfast coffee!
Had to go in to work though....can't be off on the second day back.

Got to work...not sure how...don't remember some parts of the journey...started up my lap top to find an email asking me to do a task that only 5 weeks ago I was told I didn't need to do...........five full lessons.......a request for another task that needs doing....late finish tomorrow....even later finish in Thursday...has we really only been back for two days?

Home...phoned BEATS to see about restarting my exercise routine.....I've missed the last month due to pain from my torn ligament...pressure of work and the arrival of Hannah and Christmas......they want to check me out again and redesign my routine....need to find some time to go see them.

A headlight has gone out on my car....Shaun is getting me a bulb...and hopefully it's being sorted this weekend.

Pasha the cat was looking iffy tonight...stiff and lethargic...she's deaf and nearly blind and doesn't go out much.......but she is 19 years old.....20 on April 1st...we fell asleep together on the sofa.

Scrambled eggs and toast for dinner......couldn't face anything else...watched United lose another match...........now I need to sleep...if I can.
