Hats Off for a Selfie!

I'm the one on the ... erm...

I lost count of the number of times I got rained on today, although my hat did a pretty good job of keeping my hair dry until this little lady objected to it and tried to eat it.

The flooding in the lanes locally is quite severe. Many have become rivers as there is no way for the water to drain away

My mum's house is only accessible now by 4 wheel drive vehicles due to the depth of water. Today her neighbour and I spent a couple of hours digging out the gullies at the sides of their lane.

Off to a birthday party later - if I can make it through the floods!
