Call me old fashioned

None of this high-tech malarkey for me when it comes to a diary for the year. Give me good old-fashioned pen and paper anytime. But not any old pen and paper. If I'm going to be using something every single day it has to be something that looks and feels 'right' for me.

The search for the diary usually takes several weeks but it was made a little easier this year as I simply opted for the same as last year, only in brown rather than red. I customised the elastic by snipping one end and attaching a brown wooden bead, as you can see here.

The pages are a lovely cream colour, I have a nice pen to use and already several engagements entered in it. Some work related, some fun.

I'm hoping for a bit more balance this year.
