The Cavalry Club...

For a number of years now, D and I have met up every New Year in Edinburgh with a group of old University friends. Exactly who attends varies, but there are usually about a dozen of us and some people come back up north from the south of England to be here. It is a lovely opportunity to catch up with old friends.

Tonight was this years "Reunion", and very successful it was too...

The Cavalry Club always looks after us very well and the food was, as always, delicious. We were treated as old friends and served complimentary champagne which was such a lovely touch...
