No Choice

I took a handful of other photos off and on in a day filled with incessant rain, but this was the only one I thought was Blip-worthy. If nothing else, it will remind me that I went to the Y this afternoon and saw some improvement in my treadmill time and speed. (The latter is a relative term, as I top out at a 3.5 mph walk -- for now.)

The bicycles above, and more not visible here, were the preferred mode of transportation of a number of folks using the Y. In the background, you can see a bit of the two-story (65 feet/about 20 meters) climbing wall, and an intrepid young climber heading for the top.

We might get some sun over the weekend, but even if we don't, I'd rather be here in rain than in the northeast and midwest areas of the United States, where heavy snow and cold are forecast.
