What a difference a day makes!

If this changeable weather keeps up I could blip by standing at the same spot to make a record of the rising and falling water levels in the garden and stream. I took this blip at 10.15 this morning just 15 hours after yesterdays. The debris including the blue plastic can be seen caught around the bridge, with varying pieces of wood; for the fire eventually.The power of water!
We went to see friends near Cheddar reservoir, think we would have had enough of water, and had a walk around the reservoir in brilliant sunshine. What a joy having the warmth on our backs. We declined an offer to stay the night as more rain was forecast, indeed it is raining as I write, and until a builder calls and does something our windows are still leaking. Very boring.
