Bridge too far to cross

Our little garden bridge, with a" normally" babbling brook underneath has now turned into the mechanics for rapids. The levels of water have risen about 1.3m, and the road is flooded again. This is getting tedious and frustrating as nothing can be done about the weather. Hope you've had a more cheerful day than we seem to be having. Onwards and upwards.
