Not the shopping trolley man, no idea who he is.

After three days of sloth, I awoke with energy and purpose this morning. I tidied my bedroom and then went to town to purchase life organising items such as lever arch files, a calendar and a scrap book. Came back with lever arch files and a very fine new winter coat from the Marie Curie shop for £15. The rest can wait, I shall admire my new coat in place of planning things on calendars.

Will and I went to visit Marie, top notch all round. And now the sun is over the yard arm, I shall return to sloth once more.

Oh! But! Excellent news on the champagne cocktail and cheese diet - I am exactly the same weight today as I was two weeks ago. I am therefore not only delighted with my new coat but also my new diet plan.......
