Bringing home the turkey

Mango and strawberries - just right for breakfast. Have been missing our fruit in Argentina (our fault for not buying any) but breakfast today made up for it.

Off to the market later with our host, to collect two turkeys and other goodies for Christmas lunch. I love this type of market, with its eclectic mix of foodstuffs, hardware, clothes and general tat, and this is apparently the biggest in BA. It was nearly torn down a while back, but luckily received a reprieve.

Back home with the swag, now a spot of lunch, maybe a siesta, then out to explore the streets again. Right now, it's just too hot.
