Happy Christmas - I suppose....

How long can this go on? I have better things to do than sit here all day with this ridiculous hat on.

Hope everyone had a Happy Christmas - worrying to hear about the flooding in parts of Britain, also in Brazil. We head back there tomorrow after an excellent, but very hot, week in Buenos Aires. Our host put on a great Christmas lunch today, for a well-assorted international crowd, finishing up with traditional British-style Christmas pud, brandy butter and mince pies - and Christmas cake. A tad heavy, perhaps, for this heat, but hey - it's only once a year.
