Oh Christmas tree, Oh Christmas tree.

So once again the tree is up.
Decorated with the help of our two granddaughters !
It really does feel like Christmas now.

J brought us some mince pies that she had made at school, and they did taste good, although she was a bit unsure!

Yipee! We got a plumber today, and the out let pipe was un blocked, and washer and dishwasher are now emptying OK, and not all over the kitchen floor!
Thanks to a phone call to British Gas, and not as I tried to do it on line.
Rang at 8am and Dyno came at 10am.
( the two local plumbers I rang, and left messages on their answer phones, never rang me back! Doesn't anyone want to do small jobs anymore?)
