Flocked pines

A beautiful blue sky today. We're still having subzero weather. Sure will be glad when this cold snap is over.
Spent the morning getting our Christmas cards done. Made chocolate peanut butter candy and I'm making venison chili for dinner tonight.
Peanut butter and Sea salt chocolates: in saucepan combine 1 cup coconut oil, 1/3 cup peanut butter, 1/2 cup honey, 2 tsp vanilla. Warm over low heat and stir until smooth. Add 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder and 1/4 tsp salt. Stir until well blended. Spoon into mini muffin pan or candy molds. Place in freezer until solid. Transfer to sealed container and refrigerate.
