City of Light
Headed down to the Winter Wonderland to take some shots with our Monday night photography class on a balmy 10 degree evening.
I spent ages on long exposures and the 60 ft high Star Flyer. 30 second exposures trying to get a lollipop shape - and then a Lothian bus would fly past.
Grrr.
Lots of high pitched screams from up above the height of the buildings...don't fancy it myslef (although no 2 has been on it!)
Ended up picking this for a blip. It's a familiar sight of the Castle, National Gallery, Waverley Station, Camera Obscura, Norwegian Christmas tree and the wee Santa Train in Princes Street Garden...but I rather liked it!
