Seeing Double?

This cheerful, yellow-jacketed bicyclist zoomed past me as I endeavored to photograph some interesting shadows on the Taylor Street Dock over-water boardwalk this morning.

Until I was home again and could examine my photos more closely, I thought he was the contemplative bike rider I'd noticed when I first strode onto the dock, deciding to finish his exercise with a flourish.

Whoever these two brightly-clad fellows were, they served as bookends to my brief stroll, during which I saw other walkers and several kayakers, an unusual osprey, and some compelling reflections on this day before Thanksgiving, blessed with blue skies and sunshine.
