The landing craft "Houton Lass" heads into the Beauly Firth, and towards the Caledonian Canal's Clachnaharry sea lock.
Minus 3.3 degrees C when I pedaled off to work this morning. Probably a couple of degrees colder than that, away from the house. Beautiful pinks at dawn - only the last remnants here, when I stopped on the Kessock Bridge. Saw the boat coming towards the bridge, and decide to wait for it. Boy oh boy was it cold up there in a slight breeze. Had to take off my thick gloves to press buttons etc. Nasty pains in my fingers when they started to defrost at work. Chilblains will now be likely. I quite like this Blip, but don't think it was worth that...
