Discovered that our local shop still supplies Barr's soft drinks in refundable glass bottles. Not something you see often these days. Plastic ones litter the country lanes, and everywhere else. As boys, my brother and I, would often be out and about on our bikes in the countryside. When we came across any of these thrown away, and you regularly did in those days, we 'd collect them up, take them home, and clean them up. Then it was off to the sweetie shop to claim the refunds. It wasn't a 30p refund, more like 3p. Recycling and tidying the countryside, even way back then. Must have collected hundreds of them. What little angels. Heck, I've still got some of the tooth fillings to prove it... ahem.

Today was spent sorting out almost two months worth of Blips, to back-Blip sometime (soon...ish).
