Shore light

I spent the morning in the office where the conversation opener of choice currently seems to be "Have you been optimised yet?" I came home facing into a bitterly cold wind via the shoe shop in Rose Street and made my biannual purchase of a pair of shoes. They are extremely comfortable but the price made my eyes water.

I nearly blipped them, although they don't have the same class and style as Lady Findhorn's recent acquisition - but I was saved by a reasonably nice sky over the Shore in Leith. The nights are fair drawing in - this was taken just before 4 pm.
