Sticky pads

Having worked through more mayhem via the computer I gave myself a break to do a bit of yoga. Tried out a slightly new form of sticky socks - hmm, only partially successful, but could be handy for travelling. Saves unrolling the mat, too, which is always the hardest part.

There's a very strange article about yoga on the BBC site. It fails to mention whether it's a suitable practice for aetheists. ;-)
