Big frame

We went up to the allotment to do some tidying - it was nice to bump into the family Fish, with wee Nina now stomping around with great gusto.

I finally got round to erecting the plastic cold frame that B had given me a couple of years back, thinking I might try a couple of winter salad crops under it - I'd assumed from the size of the box that it would be a very modest little thing so was rather surprised at the final result. If I'd realised we could have sent it to cabbagetree to tide her over! I think it came from Lidl - much easier to put together than Ikea stuff!

It'll probably get blown away in a gale or vandalised by the foxes, but we'll see how long it lasts.
