Artichoke & avocado mix

Sunday lunch. Laid-back and easy style.

I was planning on making a pate with my two main ingredients, but I prefer crunchy things so it transmografied into this risotto-like mound instead, once I'd had a rummage in the fridge.

I added cauliflower and cabbage and kale. There was a little left-over millet, too, and I cut open a pomegranite to garnish it.
