Had a nice long lie-in before heading off to Road 233 to try and find a shop that offers a laminating service. It's not something that appears to be readily available here and so we'll probably just buy one for the convenience of doing it at home. Had a wee look round the imaginatively titled 'Books and Books' bookshop on Road 199; nothing much in the way of decent reading but loads of recipe, photography and Word/Excel 2007 books which may prove useful in the future.
Food shopping at the local Kimo and Soudi shops (famous in the area for selling British brand names) was followed by a lovely home-made Haloumi Bean Salad (Larissa's speciality) before a bit of surfing with Mamma Mia on in the background. Pierce Brosnan's attempts at singing still crack me up.
This lamppost is one of a few images I have stored in my blipbank (to coin a TFP phrase) for relatively slow blip days or when I can't really be arsed. Other blipbank images you'll hopefully see in the near future are some dusty Pepsi bottles, a brown flower, a flower on a bit of string, a bike wheel, a light bulb, a bashed-in wall and the kittens outside our apartment.
