Macaron Purgatory

Apologies for my 3rd macaron blip this week, the bake off is tomorrow and its highly unlikely I'll ever make them again. Which could be a shame as tonight's batch were....... schamazing! Salted caramel macarons.
Long day with 2 intense meetings at work, followed by hideous traffic, Beavers, Tesco (more flippin' eggs) then more baking.
I met 2 of Betty's classmates (twins) in Tesco. They were hilarious, pumping me for info about Betty's bedtime. They fairly cheered me up for that final baking push!
