Running around in her new shoes

She's getting fast and loves zooming around at the park. Today Maple followed Oscar around and admired his every move. She loves to say, "Wow" and "Ooooohhhh" at things that amuse/astound/please her (Yes, that includes lunch!).

Daddy has been working very long hours and Oscar asked me why daddy is not home again to say goodnight. We had a heart to heart where he listened intently about how daddy has to go to work to pay for everything but he wishes he was home to see them earlier and misses them all a lot (And mummy too!) I told him that is why daddy always gives Bailee, Oscar and Maple a cuddle and kiss when he comes home and they are asleep. Oscar and Bailee seemed happy enough with the explanation.
