A great start to the day, mist across the pasture land and a pleasing sunrise.

Unfortunately the end of the day is somewhat less happy. Blue, our cat, has been losing weight over the last few weeks. Yesterday he had a blood test and the vet phoned this afternoon needing to carry out further tests. Hopefully, the vet can find out what is wrong and find a treatment. The poor lad is now being fasted prior to tomorrow's tests. It's difficult to make him understand, especially when salmon was on the menu for dinner tonight and he would usually be allowed some tidbits.
