CHANCE CAN BRING PERSONS TOGETHER

and we really were aware of that fact when we drank coffee with an extraordinary pair, Alberto Alarcón and Rosa Montes,once a famous flamenco-dance pair, and dedicated teachers as well. Such sweet persons and we loved to hear how their lives had developped in such amazing ways. At one moment Alberto gave a little castanets concert, the first movement of the third string quartet of Rossini which he had composed himself. We listened with enthusiasm, and because we did not know much of the technique of castanets he explained the different wayts the castants can be used in a nutshell.
Our hearts were full of this magic encounter when we left.
In the afternoon it was time to think about a picture and I cycled to the Zuiderpark, in mind again the terrific trees that I had wanted to photograph earlier. if possible in bright autumn colours.
The deer in my picture walked around, making the dark sounds of rut.

My haiku:

Moments of warmth and
Cold in autumnal season
Deers in their warm coats

Van mallen komt vallen.
