Home-made nut cheese
Cashews with yellow pepper - sounds an unlikely start for a cheddar doesn't it?
This is what it looks like after 48 hours. I'm putting it in the dehydrator today so that it can develop a rind. All will be revealed tomorrow when I cut it open for a taste.
