Saturday skies!

Good fun out with the Saturday mad squad. We had representatives training for three different marathons in the group today; Windermere, London and Edinburgh. Great to go out with a group as it is fantastic motivation so that when you see the cars all iced up you don't make a feeble excuse and head back to the hay.

Also, I knew that the Stupendous one was coming this morning and I am quite looking forward to my birthday in a couple of weeks so I didn't want to end up 'sleeping with the fishes' for being a no show (I was already dicing with death for adding a wee bit to today's rout and telling her it was just over 7 miles, closer to 8 if I'm honest lol)
