Tarn Hows

While the sun was shining and the autumn colours remain I thought it a good idea to go to Tarn Hows and grab a few photos.

Not a good idea to go during half term week - very busy. I kept shouting muttering 'get out of my shot'. Views similar to this are featured on picture postcards. Perhaps I need to go and find a postcard and try to work out where the best viewpoints are.

With the sun behind me to the left the trees are well lit but I'm sorry I couldn't squeeze any of that blue sky into the blip.
