OMG!!!

“ It’s mine, all mine! A whole glazed donut all for me!! Snifffffffffff! Smell that sugar!! Everybody stay back -- she gave it to me! It’s mine! I can have the whole thing all to myself! “

It takes so little to make these critters happy, and he’s in for a big surprise because I have several packages of these mini glazed donuts to hand out. Just in case you think I go out and buy them especially for the squirrels, I don’t. Admittedly, I wouldn’t rule it out. They’re snacks somebody brought for a meeting and they’ve passed their expiration date which bothers some people so we needed to get rid of them. The courthouse squirrels don’t seem to care whether they’re fresh or not. I also offered some stale Ritz Bits which created a bit of a dilemma because they looked good too, but ultimately the donut won. The crows weren’t nearly as choosey, so they took the Ritz Bits.
