One of my little Monsters and her self designed pumpkin (I carved out the face she had drawn, the eyelashes were particularly tricky!)

We have been so busy today! Absolutely non stop. It turned out to be a rather long day as well when Chris left early, got home late and our guests (Nana and Dadcu) arrived a bit later than expected too.

Isaac was a bit upset when Dadcu came in and tickled his feet! But he hasn't seen him since early August so that is probably why. Bless his cotton socks.

We have made cake pops today as I had the silicone moulds and thought it would be fun...dipped them in chocolate this afternoon as I had no idea how else to decorate them! I had loads of leftover chocolate so did some crispy cakes too.

Amelie and I also made button trees and I strung up our glitter leaves from the other day, they look great!

We had homemade quiche and sweet potato chips for tea, I even made the pastry. Second attempt...not too bad. Much nicer than shop bought anyway.

We got the last pumpkin in Waitrose! That was nearly a Halloween catastrophe!
