Desperately seeking blippage

A day of taking advantage.

- of the extra hour to finish my library book 'Toby's Room' by the excellent Pat Barker
- of the severe weather warning to stay indoors
- of a rare fit of domesticity to clear out the wreckage that was the rubbish repository posing as a shelf unit in the bathroom. Very, very scary.

So given the lack of venturing out I decided that water going down the plughole was positively riveting.

Listening to War of the Worlds on the radio, just after hearing that the lovely Lou Reed has died aged 71.
