Mushrooms

Before moving on to Noirmoutier we spent some time wandering around La Rochelle. The covered market was one of the best I have visited. The fish stalls were something to behold and there were many mushrooms available, cèpes, girolles, trompettes de la mort, chanterelles and others whose names I forget. We arrived at our friends' house and were welcomed with a crab salad which was very much appreciated.
