Cake!

I'm not entirely sure if this cake aligns with my diet, but it's gluten free and I can eat oranges and that's enough for me!

I spent this morning working on my essay, and had almost finished it by early afternoon. I took some time out to go and see a photography exhibition with Mum which was awesome - the photos hardly looked like photos because the artist had digitally manipulated them so much. They were beautiful, though.

We went to one of my favourite cafes for tea and cake and then I headed home to finish my essay. I managed to get it done by dinner time, which meant I had a lovely relaxing evening watching TV and feeling rather proud that I got all three of my essays in by the due dates. No rest for the wicked, though - I have a tutorial presentation on Wednesday, my NMIT interview on Thursday and I really need to do something about my research report...

I have to say, this cake looks even more appetising than it did in real life. I'm not a massive fan of orange cake but this was lovely (and gluten free) so I have a new found appreciation for it!
