Dinner?

Uni again today! I got the chance to ask my teacher a few questions about my research report, and also had a good chat with a few girls in my class. We weren't necessarily talking about our work, but oh well. It's nice to have a good old talk about uni sometimes!

Had a nightmare journey home in the rain - I hate Melbourne weather and Melbourne transport, but once I was home and dry I felt better. This afternoon I made a low-FODMAP banana and chocolate cake - I used gluten free flour and almond milk so it was also dairy free! I was quite worried because I've heard that gluten free flour can be tricky, and almond milk can be too. But my worries were unfounded! The cake was amazing and I'm really pleased with it.

Mum came over this evening and we mounted 16 photos - I'll have 17 overall but I changed my mind about one of them so I'm getting a new printed tomorrow. It was quite fiddly work but luckily my hands didn't shake too much and once we got the hang of it we got through them all fairly quickly. They look so professional! I'm so pleased.
