Alls Well.

Hi Tom,

It's been a busy day today. First Oscar had to go to the vets to have his bits cut off. Poor Oscar isn't a fan of the vets anyway. I had his lead on him ready to get hold of him when we arrived...but he jumped out of the car and I missed grabbing his lead and he ran away. He ran right in front of a car and then headed for another lady who managed to grab his lead for me. So that was t the best of starts. Then he had to be carried into the vets as he just sat on his bottom and refused to move. I think he knew what was going to happen today. Anyway all went well. He's has no outside stitches which need to be removed. He will have a check up on Sunday and hopefully that will be it. He was spoilt with egg, rice and chicken tonight.

Then it was Alex's turn at the hospital. As you can see he has had a tube put up his nose and down the throat. It's attached to a box strapped to his stomach. He has to keep it for 24 hours then it's removed. Hopefully it will give them more of a clue as to what's going on.

In between vets and hospital I did the abs workout again. I worked so hard and loved it. I also did bootcamp this morning and did my usual very short run. But for the first time ever I felt good running. Tonight I had one of my life saving refresher courses. It's a bit boring but always nice to catch up with some of the teachers I don't work with. X
