Apple & cinnamon leather

It seems like I've been making these all week in preparation for the coming weekend, when I shall be selling them.

Blending up apples with cinnamon and a little honey gives you a runny puree which can be dehydrated until leather-like. I don't peel the apples and it always amazes me how the skin 'disappears' into a uniform beige colour. Leathers keep well, and make a convenient, not to mention healthy snack.

Kids love 'em: in the summer I use berries, or pineapples etc. As it's Autumn right now, I'm using apples.
