A Day in Dalry

Yes, that's where we are. St John's Town of Dalry, a place I have often passed through but never stopped in.

I had been asked to do a talk on Fairtrade to a Good Neighbours group at the Glenkens Community Centre. They were a friendly bunch and liked what I had to say.

Sarah and I had decided that as we had to come all this way, we would take the opportunity to explore a bit. So we're staying the night and doing some walking in the hills tomorrow.

After the talk, we went down to the Red Deer Range.. this is Rutting Week, apparently. Saw two magnificent stags who made a lot of noise but didn't do anything very exciting...
