Obesity is a problem in the UK and I often heard it said that there is not time to prepare a proper meal in the evening so faster alternatives are required. This is my five minute dinner to prove that is not true. Cut a little monkfish into small chunks and slice squid into rings. Pour boiling water over then couscous and then add a few tomatoes and figs and a little lemon juice. Fry the monkfish and squid and add parsley and lemon juice. Preparation time 5 minutes. Cooking time 5 minutes. That is just about as quick as a ready meal. QED
