In the woods

I am quite tired after a long walk which was made more tiring after developing a sore knee on the descents. I had to do the last bit on the road as it was less steep that way. I must take two sticks next time. In fact, the next walk is tomorrow but I do not expect much improvement as I think it is the joint. I will have to make a decision in the morning. We walked up high again but the five hours stretched into seven even though we were walking at a good pace. A lot of the walk had open views but, for a change, I chose a shot in the deep shade of a woodland glade as I liked the colour.
