Last Vacation Food Blip

Boy, am I going to pay for this one. These are Crispy Crumb Coated Fried Macaroni & Cheese Balls in Creamy Marinara Sauce. Yes, I think the “fried” part meant deep fried. We had lunch at the Cheesecake Factory in Indianapolis today during a break in our shopping trip. Disclaimer: I didn’t eat them all – there were 4 so we each had 2. I’m not sure that will make one little bit of difference. I am headed home Saturday to carrot sticks and protein shakes.
