Fungus

Today was my last day at the physio. I will have to continue with the exercises but my bank balance will no longer suffer. But I am so grateful to him that I have full movement in my shoulder and can now sleep all night without being woken up in pain because I had turned over.

Went to Glen Moss looking for fungi. I looked in places where there had been unusual ones last year. But I hardly saw any. This is the best.
