Endorphins

Just been for a run. It has been so long since I laced my trainers up. And tonight I remembered how much I love it; iPod on shuffle, wind on my face, pounding the streets. So much time to think and chance to let off steam. I arrived back babbling away. Angus laughed at me and said I was high on endorphins.

Had a good day today. Shared Audrey responsibilities with Angus, had a cheeky KFC, managed some shopping and had a brilliant sing along to our old wedding playlist in the car with Audrey swaying and clapping to the music. Awesome!
