Goldfish bowl

We know eating out doesn't really work anymore but we are like goldfishes in a bowl, making the same mistake then forgetting about it and swimming back round again.

Angus was off this morning and it was another miserable day. Audrey and I were both really bored and stir crazy once he had woken from sleeping off his shift so we suggested lunch at our local pub, The Parlour (see pic).

It should have been lovely but Audrey hated being in her highchair or being held which made it fraught. Angus and I had a row about work (working together has some disadvantages) and it was all a bit blah!!!!

Took Audrey to Head Over Heels to kill some time this afternoon when Angus went to work. The rain makes keeping a toddler entertained so difficult. Know I shouldn't wish this stage away but I am actually looking forward to her being a bit older when she can do colouring, baking etc.
