Pickle Perfect

Here they are, all in nice glass jars. Beautiful Beets, Perfectly Pickled.
Some will go to friends and neighbors.
Some will stay here for Thanksgiving dinner or Christmas dinner.
Again, I know you all see jars of food canned for use later.
When I was a little kid my Mom canned things all the time.
I loved to watch her can things.
She always raised a big garden and we ate all the food we grew.
I have canned peaches and tomatoes in the past and just thought they were the best.
But here are to the beautiful beets. What a wonderful color!
