not so Old Faithfuls...

My very bright Nick Matthew squash shoes! They have been blipped before, and either they're rubbish (which they're not), or after only 7 months now having a hole in them, I must have played a lot of squash (which I have).
Fortunately I have another pair just the same waiting to be rolled out. They were on special so got 2 pairs!!
Anyway, this was me wearing them after finishing this tabata work out. And so now it's time to say "goodbye old friends..."
