Still buzzin'!

Had a nice walk with Lola this morning.
I'm still buzzing from yesterday's squash session and that I'm injury free. Still lots of ice and stretching but so far so good.
Getting ready for work today. Gonna be a big blow rehearsing for Last night of the Proms.
